Noctua releases an even bigger version of its iconic desktop PC fan

Noctua has released a new 140mm version of its quiet, efficient, and powerful fans called the Noctua NF-A14x25 G2. The fan comes in three configurations, including a two-fan set with an RPM offset and a quieter version that spins a little more slowly than the standard model. All three are available now, starting at $39.90.

The up-to-1,500rpm fan is the follow-up to Noctua’s NF-A12x25, which you may remember from the company’s collaborations that have seen special versions of Nvidia RTX 4080 and RTX 3080 GPUs that come with the fans attached.

Compared to its predecessor, the A14x25 is about 2dBA louder, uses roughly twice the wattage at max, and takes up a little more space, but it moves about 50 percent more air, according to its specs…
